Waterwall: A functional water sculpture for Tulane University in New Orleans. Designed by Jamie Carpenter for Vincent James Architects. These four, twenty five foot tall lengths of Stainless mesh stretch from floor to ceiling. Chilled water is introduced at ceiling level to the mesh, flowing down to the catch basin below. Moisture in the air condenses onto the chilled water dehumidifying the room and lowering the temperature of the room as well.
